The Hamlet

The Hamlet forms part of RDVS Studios' enduring catalogue of interior and visual explorations. Completed in 2018, the project comprises twenty luxury residences in Cantonments, Accra, developed by Nest as its final luxury scheme before a shift toward the middle-income market. RDVS Studios carried the interior design and produced the photorealistic visualizations used to present the proposed houses to potential clients.

The presentation sought an atmosphere of high-quality luxury living — a careful, apt use of materials carried in a posh and luxurious tone, with details and elements locally produced and readily available. Exterior imagery spans the gate house and driveway, aerial views, the pool area, private garden, and terrace across day and night compound perspectives; interior views cover living and dining, kitchen and out kitchen, family area, master bedroom and bathroom, study, and gym.
