Six Acres Limited was established to bring together selected parties in the building industry with the expertise to deliver unique homes that provide luxury and stylish living at affordable prices. Its stated mission is to give young professionals in Accra an opportunity to own a home without the compromise the market usually forces — the profile quotes the company directly on the point, that too often buyers are forced by market dynamics and unreliable suppliers to sacrifice either location or quality.
The document is laid out as a single narrative arc: a cover built on a dusk render of one of the development's houses, an opening statement of ethos, paired vision and mission pages, director and team portraits, a partners section, and a closing contact spread anchored by a street map of the Nyaniba and Cantonments grid. The wordmark treats the letter i as a full-height vertical stroke, and a measured stripe pattern drawn from that stroke runs through the endpapers and back cover in a restrained palette of blue, white and grey.
Architectural visualization carries the product story — daylight renders of the numbered townhouses and their timber gates, and an interior photograph used behind the vision page. The partners section presents the institutions behind the affordability promise, among them Northstar Home Finance Company, a non-bank mortgage institution supervised by the Bank of Ghana, alongside Orange Tree Limited and Amantra Limited.
The presentation set was assembled as photoreal mockups of each spread, the finished brochure photographed flat and standing on a pale ground, and a short animation flips through the completed profile. The document places the office at The Orangery, 169/4A Otswe Street, Nyaniba, with postal address P.O. Box CT860, Cantonments, and the site www.sixacresgh.com.
The plates are held in the studio's own archive rather than published as a Behance gallery: thirteen composite images and the accompanying film, prepared in Photoshop in November 2017.
