Avalon

Avalon living and dining from the dining end: a glass-top table with four olive leather chairs under a disc pendant, a blue-to-teal gradient panel carrying the television, and the cream sofa with navy cushions at the sheer-curtained sliding door.

Full-scale interior architecture and visualization for a contemporary 3-bedroom apartment in Tse Addo.

Avalon encompasses the complete spatial layout and interior architecture for a 3-bedroom apartment residence in Tse Addo, Accra. The design unifies an open-concept living and dining salon with a high-performance minimalist kitchen and laundry suite.

Conceived and visualized by RDVS Studios, the space employs neutral stone porcelain flooring, fluted architectural wall cladding, and integrated architectural lighting to craft a tranquil urban retreat.

Avalon from the same wide frame as the header: two full-height dark oak doors at right, the tall lit open shelf with books and a metal sculpture, a grey lounge chair and ottoman by the window and green blossom in a vase on the table.
Avalon dining corner in portrait from behind the sofa: glass table with mixed cream and grey chairs before the blue-to-orange gradient wall panel, disc pendant above, blossom in a vase and a glass side table holding a bowl of gold objects.
Avalon living room seen through the opening: a wide peach-to-teal gradient canvas above the cream sectional, tray ceiling with a circular flush light, glass-and-metal coffee table on a striped rug and a lounge chair at the curtained window.
Avalon galley kitchen from the entry end: handleless white cabinets on both runs, speckled terrazzo worktop and splashback, built-in oven beneath a four-burner gas hob, angled extractor hood and a stacked washer-dryer in the tall unit.
Avalon galley kitchen again with a slight camera shift that exposes the left tall-cabinet door seam: blender, potted plant and three amber bottles on the terrazzo top, sink under a small window with a grey roman blind.
Avalon kitchen from the opposite end along the run: a stainless side-by-side fridge with a black control panel at right, white cabinets, microwave and angled hood, the sink and roman blind far left under a starburst ceiling downlight.
Avalon living room at dusk from behind the sofa, framed by blurred plant leaves: the television on its blue-green gradient panel above a low white console with a turntable and leaning vinyl sleeves, dining table beyond and teal and ochre cushions.
Avalon - the dining corner at dusk: a glass-topped table with mixed grey and cream chairs before a blue-to-orange gradient wall panel, blossom in a vase on the table, a disc pendant above and a glass side table with a bowl in the foreground
Avalon detail at the television wall: the turntable on a white console against a pale teal gradient, vinyl sleeves leaning with one cover lettering SANTROE, a brass spiral and glass bird on the open shelf and rubber-plant leaves in front.
Avalon close on the tall open shelving: recessed taupe niches with rows of books, a dark sculpture and a small metal bowl, the teal gradient wall at left and a sunlit leaf blur across the top corner.
