Design Express

Product visualization of a tall two-door wardrobe on a white ground: pale weathered-timber sides frame two satin doors scored with horizontal grooves and met by slim metal pull handles at the centre, and the unit stands on a low plinth casting a soft shadow.

Five product visualizations from 2012 for Design Express: a wardrobe, a low sideboard, a shelving cabinet, a drawer unit and a four-seat bench desk, each rendered on a seamless white ground.

The studio published the set as FURNITURE VISUALIZATION on 8 August 2012 and the cover sheet credits it as DESIGNS BY DESIGN EXPRESS — the furniture is Design Express’s own work, shown here as renders. Every plate carries the studio’s NEWLIFE 2.0 2012 signature and blog address at the lower right.

The collection is bedroom and office storage held to one language: pale timber, flat fronts and small metal pulls. The wardrobe pairs weathered-timber sides with two grooved satin doors, the shelving cabinet opens on two orange-lined bays above a closed cupboard, and the drawer unit stacks three full-width fronts on a narrow carcass.

The desk is the outlier in colour. Two worktops face each other across a blue translucent screen with clear privacy panels above it, carried on splayed light-wood legs and a central four-drawer pedestal.

All five are presented the same way — one object, three-quarter view, seamless white ground, soft contact shadow — so the set reads as a catalogue of the range rather than a sequence of rooms.

The set is on blogspot.
